We rent a detached house in a unique location, quiet yet very central in Kindhausen/Volketswil.
Here you will find peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of business. No noise, quiet neighborhood and directly on the recreation area.
On the ground floor is the large kitchen, the living and dining area with fireplace. The entrance/hallway has a built-in wardrobe with cloakroom, shoe cupboard, wide shelf with two drawers for personal belongings and a cleaning cupboard. The entrance canopy is spacious and offers space for fireplace wood, bicycles, etc.
The covered terrace of approximately 20 m2, slightly elevated, offers a magnificent view of the garden and the immediate surroundings to the edge of the forest. Enjoy the evening in the lounge or a fine dinner, there is plenty of space.
Upstairs are three bedrooms with 10, 14 and 16 m2, a bathroom with bathtub, toilet and double washbasin. The corridor has space for an additional cupboard as storage space.
In the attic is the very large master bedroom with its own bathroom. Large shower, shower-toilet and double washbasin, the bathroom offers a breathtaking view of nature.
