On the site of the former nursery, modern row houses made of wood are being built in close proximity to the train station.
The offer of 11 rental houses is aimed at working couples and families with children who appreciate the immediate proximity to local infrastructure (train, bus, schools, daycare, shopping, highway A13) and want to live in an attractive residential area. As a reference to the former use of the site, the design of the green space was deliberately included and is part of the architecture. This creates low-maintenance private gardens that extend the living area by two garden rooms.
With the consistent use of renewable energies, ancillary costs are kept lower and the potential of a photovoltaic system is utilized. Through the multiple use of untreated materials and a significant reduction of gray energy, very sustainable buildings are created.
