During the photo and video shoots, some renovation and repair work was still in progress. These, as well as various landscaping works, are currently being completed.

Location/General description: Reinach has many facets. As a place with a long tradition - Reinach was first mentioned in 1174 - the municipality has had city format for many years now. Of course, not only because of its size. The "city before the city" is proud to feel so connected to nearby Basel. Nevertheless, Reinach is located in the green of the Birs valley, in the village people know each other and appreciate the qualities here.
From a transport perspective, Reinach is ideally connected. By car, you can easily reach Basel via Therwil, Oberwil, Bottmingen, and Binningen. Bus lines 62 and 64 stop in the immediate vicinity of the property, almost directly in front of the house.
Description of the house: The charismatic 70s single-family house is located in the popular vineyard area of Reinach. The property has been gently renovated and is in a well-maintained condition. The spatial feeling is slightly angular, but bright and versatile. The charm of the time has been preserved during the renovation. The wet areas are still kept in retro style. The maintenance of the garden and pool (regular care, lawn mowing, watering, trimming of shrubs, etc.) is the responsibility of the tenant. If necessary, companies can be referred by the landlord for an individual care and maintenance offer.
