The house for rent was built in 1981 and renovated in 2016. It includes on the ground floor, besides the kitchen and the living room with Swedish stove, another room and a wet room with shower. On the upper floor there are three rooms, a bathroom, a hayloft, and a balcony room.

In the basement, there is a laundry room, two finished rooms, a wet room including shower, and a cellar compartment. Since 2013, you can also sweat in the built-in sauna.
