We are renting out a furnished and fully equipped townhouse with a garden and an underground parking space for a rental period of at least 6 months up to approx. 2 years.

The house offers a spacious living area with a sofa, glass dining table, and four leather chairs, providing plenty of natural light. On the upper floor, there are three generously sized bedrooms with high-quality parquet flooring. The first bedroom is furnished with a modern double bed with two mattresses (180x200 cm). The second bedroom has a single bed that can be extended into a double bed (80/160x200 cm). The third bedroom features two large wardrobes, a small built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. A mobile baby bed is available.
The main bathroom includes a bathtub, a double sink with a large mirrored cabinet and a toilet. Additionally, there is a separate guest WC on the ground floor. A balcony on the upper floor provides a lovely view.
The fully equipped modern open kitchen features an induction hob, oven, steamer, and Teppanyaki grill. A coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes, cutlery, pans and more are provided.
In the basement, a private laundry room with a washing machine and a storage room are available.
The outdoor area includes a large garden with a seating area, garden furniture and a barbecue. There is also an additional front yard with a lounge seating area. A garden shed offers extra storage space. A mountain bike is available for use.
Location:
The house is situated in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with plenty of green spaces and a playground. Shops, schools, and public transport are within short walking distance. Zurich city center can be reached in approximately 30 minutes by regular public transport, as well as the airport.
Miscellaneous:
An underground parking space is included in the rent. A car (Renault Clio) can be shared upon request, though insurance and registration are not included.
The rent covers all utilities, including electricity, water, heating, and internet/Wi-Fi.
This is a non-smoking household, pets are not allowed.
The minimum rental period is six months, the house is available for up to approx. 2 years.
