- Room 1: 18.6 m^2, CHF 650 including utilities

- Room 2: 16.2 m^2, CHF 600 including utilities

Our house has 4 bedrooms, a large living and dining room, 2 bathrooms, and a large garden. We have a sauna in the basement. Unfortunately, the house is not wheelchair accessible. The bus stop Utzigen-Aebnit is about 5 minutes away from the house.
