Large old house with charm seeks new tenant.

The rooms are nice and spacious, there is a small attic and 2 side entrances, large master bedroom on the ground floor, large living room with dining area. The kitchen is very special but I find it cool. The bathroom needs new grout. Huge garden really cool with children.

There is also a cellar and a garage which have just as much space.

Additional costs are borne by the tenant themselves.

We have spent about 356.- monthly for gas, water, and electricity.
