We are renting this row house in the quiet development Käppeli in Muttenz starting from August 2025.

The house is currently still in the renovation phase. The house is being extensively renovated: new heating with air/heat pump, floors, walls and ceilings, kitchen, bathroom + WC including pipes as well as windows and shutters.

A small staircase leads to the entrance area of the house, from which you can reach a guest toilet, the open living room, and the kitchen. The new kitchen will be practically furnished to the best of its ability and offers plenty of storage space. A visualization image from the kitchen builder already provides a first impression.

The living area, which will be laid out with a modern vinyl floor in wood look, offers a view into the private garden area. Adjacent to the living area, the covered seating area with the adjoining lawn and some plants invites you to relax.

The first floor of the house is reached via a spiral staircase. There are a total of three (bed)rooms. One of the rooms has access to the balcony, which overlooks the garden. On the upper floor, there is also a renovated bathroom with bathtub/shower and double sink. A window brings daylight and fresh air into the room.

A hatch provides access to the attic from the 1st floor, which offers additional storage space.
