To establish a new gastronomy area in the two-story east wing of St. Margrethen train station, we are looking for an innovative partner who wants to contribute their ideas to the co-development of a gastronomy concept and is striving for long-term cooperation.
In this part of the building, the ground floor and 1st floor are available, each with approx. 75 m2 of usable space. We want to adapt the necessary conversion to the needs of the future tenant and jointly develop this attractive location. On the adjacent flat roof, there is the possibility of implementing an outdoor terrace with a rooftop character. We are open to all ideas, regardless of whether it is an Irish pub, wine bar, classic restaurant, coffee roastery or brewery.
A start to the conversion is planned for January 2027, so that the opening can take place in summer/autumn 2027.
