This important historic building, inhabited, used, and owned by the renowned family/company "AUDEMARS" retains this significant and relevant name.
The building where this studio is located is a cultural asset of the city of Lugano, a classified building constructed in 1948 by the "father" of modern Ticinese architecture, Rino Tami. Like the Library of Lugano and also the San Gottardo Portal, it was created by Rino Tami.
This space can be used as a hobby area or even as a studio.
The space has been carefully renovated down to the smallest details. The quality of execution has been prioritized, respecting and preserving much of the original construction. The lighting in the common areas is in line with the history.
