We are renting out open partial areas between 20 m² and a total of 175 m² within a generous community space, effective immediately or by arrangement. The areas are not structurally separated, but form an open space.
This open design promotes direct exchange and collaborative work with other tenants.
For personal items or confidential materials, lockable furniture can be installed individually on-site. Structural separation of the area is not possible.
