We are renting out the commercial space 9723 (99 m²) in the lower courtyard floor of the residential construction cooperative Warmbächli, which moved into the new building in November 2021, immediately or by arrangement.
A kitchenette, foyer, and sanitary facilities as well as the own, cost-effective house Wi-Fi and meeting room can be used by our commercial tenants. The room is basically only accessible from the light courtyard via a staircase, but barrier-free access is possible via the adjacent room.

- The building is part of the new settlement "Holliger" with a total of six buildings (www.holliger-bern.ch). The area has about 350 apartments and 5,000 m² of commercial space.
