CFF AG is carrying out a complete renovation of the Biasca CFF station, with completion of the work expected by the end of 2022. In the main building of the station, there are other offices and shops such as a Convenience-Shop open 7 days a week, as well as the regional tourism office.

- Financial stability and solvency of the bidder.
- Proven long experience of the bidder in the sector for which the offer has been submitted.
- Quality of the proposed activity.
