We are renting out commercial spaces with great potential and diverse usage options in the best traffic location in the center of Brienz starting from early 2026.
RENTAL OPTIONS AT A GLANCE
1) Entire ground floor
It is possible to rent the entire ground floor. It includes a large retail space, an additional commercial space - both with generous shop windows facing the main street - as well as a rear, accessible storage area. The area distribution is:
- Retail space with entrance area: approx. 163 m2
- Commercial space: approx. 73 m2
- Storage: approx. 158 m2
Renting the entire ground floor offers an extremely generous sales and/or exhibition area, plenty of storage capacity, and great design freedom. It is therefore flexible for various business purposes. Currently, it is operated as a beverage and delicatessen store, but many other concepts find ideal conditions here.
2) Individual rental or combinations
It is also possible to rent the three units individually or to combine them as needed. For example, the storage could serve as additional storage space for an existing business, the retail space could be used for a concept that does not require storage areas, and the smaller commercial space could be used as an office or practice room. Free mixed forms and combinations of the rental spaces are also possible.
In front of the commercial space, there are three customer parking spaces. Additional parking spaces can be rented behind the commercial space.
Note
Please note that the premises are not suitable for a gastronomy operation. However, they are excellent for all other service industries - including the sale of food and non-food products.
