The ensemble consists of a repair room with a lift (2000 kg), a washing room, a small office, and a lounge.

Rooms

Repair room:
The repair room is fully equipped and has a 2000 kg lift, compressed air connection, and direct access to the washing room. Additionally, the available tools can be used.

Washing room:
The washing room has a professional washing system.

Office / Lounge:
The office and lounge areas are equipped with a locker and a kitchenette. A toilet is located in the neighboring building.

Options

In addition to the workshop, various outdoor parking spaces can be rented for CHF 60 each.

In the basement, space can be created for a small tire storage.

Restriction

Every Wednesday and Friday morning, the washing room is used by another tenant. Additionally, during the tire change period, the workshop can also be made available for use by another tenant upon agreement.
