A kitchenette and restrooms are also available for shared use (shared use approx. 44m2).
Additional costs are a flat rate of CHF 250.00/month.
The building is optimally connected: in close proximity to the A1 motorway and directly at a bus stop, which is serviced every 15 minutes during peak times (8 minutes to Brugg train station).
Parking spaces can be rented in sufficient numbers.
