Your storage rooms in the Mattenhof district

The commercial building Brunnhofweg 37 is located in a good central location of the Mattenhof district, near the Inselspital. Public transport (Tram line No. 6) is reachable in just a few minutes on foot.

By arrangement, we are renting out two storage rooms in the 2nd basement (with 53 and 59 m2).

A goods lift and a toilet facility are available for shared use. The storage rooms are not suitable as music rooms.
