• The rental is due to temporary use in the current condition. The tenant can make small changes at their own expense.

The property is located directly in the shopping street of Baden's old town. Numerous shops and the train station are in the immediate vicinity. The property will be demolished after the temporary use. An extension of the rental agreement cannot currently be promised.
