CASAN Immobilien offers a magnificent, new, and equipped hall with 175m2 on 3 levels, large parking lot, and ideal location, just a few meters from the highway and the CFF train station.
To meet the different needs of companies as well as their budgetary and operational constraints, modularity and flexibility were at the center of architectural considerations. This project aims to present itself as contemporary in expression and aligned with current environmental concerns.
The hall constructed in wood offers 3 levels that allow for research and development, creative, production, storage, and office activities.
- Ground floor: approx. 70m2 with a load capacity of 1000kg/m2
- Mezzanine: approx. 35m2 with a load capacity of 300kg/m2
- Attic: approx. 70m2 with a load capacity of 300kg/m2
The mezzanine can be expanded to a full floor.
A great flexibility in use can be achieved through internal partitions that subdivide the space. For example, thanks to the independent entrance door, the office/storage area can be separated from the production/garage on the ground floor by an internal wall.
