The goods lift and floor can carry a load of 3200 kg. The existing overhead crane is also designed for this weight. The lifting platform can carry 4000 kg, while the adjustment ramp can lift loads of up to 6000 kg.
For staff and your customers, appealing, clean washrooms including a shower are available. Additionally, attractive offices and meeting rooms can be rented in the building. Parking spaces for employees and customers are available in the underground garage as well as in front of the building.
