Office space for rent - Seestrasse 149, 8700 Küsnacht ZH

I am looking for a usage partner for an office/commercial space in Küsnacht. Furnished with 3 work desks, a meeting table, newer sofa bed (very useful if the in-laws are at home). On average, I am in the rooms 1-2 days a week. Who also needs a workplace near Zurich/Lake/Public Transport for a maximum of 3-4 days a week? I am flexible and various usage scenarios are possible.
