Whether access via the underground garage is necessary or access via the main entrance is desired, we can offer both options. We also have two goods lifts in both the north and south parts of the building. Delivering goods for storage with a pallet trolley is therefore possible. General toilet facilities can also be offered if needed.

ZÜBI is located at Zürichstr. 137 in Dübendorf. We have enough tenant and customer parking spaces. In addition, we are also well connected to public transport. Trams and S-Bahn trains run from the opposite Stettbach station right into the center of Zurich or wherever you would like to go.
