We are renting out a commercial or office space on the ground floor of the train station building: customer-oriented uses that contribute to the revitalization of the station or alternatively office uses that appreciate the location directly at the train station are welcome.
For retail uses, there is the possibility of extended opening hours (railway ancillary operation status according to Art. 39 of the Railway Act). A storage area can be rented additionally. The handover of the space takes place in basic development, the expansion is carried out by the tenant.
