Several truck delivery ramps are available for communal use throughout the building. Alternatively, you can also park with a car in the new outdoor parking lot West and reach the goods lift at ground level. Fast, convenient, and barrier-free transport directly to the rental area is guaranteed. There are sufficient parking spaces available on the premises: 1.5 hours free in the underground garage and 1 hour free in the outdoor area. The bus stop is only 50 meters away, and the Amriswil train station is about 500 meters away - an optimal connection to the public transport network.

The rooms are illuminated, equipped with basic ventilation, and can be locked with a locking cylinder.

The intermediate doors (see floor plan) can be left open or securely closed as needed.
