We are renting an office space in the industrial zone a few minutes from Rapperswilerstrasse and Wetzikon train station by arrangement.
The office space has a nearly new carpet. As part of the tenant change, the painter will touch up the room. There is only one access door in operation, the second one next to it is decommissioned.
On the floor, there are toilets for shared use with neighbors. Outdoor parking spaces can be rented for CHF 55 per month.
