Your office space
The centrally located office space is situated on the 1st floor. The rental space is currently presented in an expanded condition including a kitchen. The contract basically provides for shell construction. The expansion can basically be taken over (agreement necessary). In addition to 4 possible workstations, there is also a separate meeting room, which we have aesthetically separated with a glass wall.

The small toilet facility has been purposefully expanded by the ownership. The building has an elevator.

In the adjacent parking garage, parking options are available (CHF 250.00 excl. VAT per month). Our contract includes 3 parking spaces.

The office space is currently no longer in operation and can be rented by arrangement.
