150 m² commercial arcade in the heart of Lausanne

The Quartier du Flon is a private area of 55,000 m², mainly pedestrian, located in the city center of Lausanne. The Quartier du Flon is also the only flat area of such a large size located in the center of Lausanne. Its epicenter is the Esplanade du Flon, a public square inaugurated in 2003.

The Quartier du Flon is an old freight station, a zone of warehouses and free port; remnants and pieces of tracks as well as the "Voie-du-Chariot" remind us of this original purpose.
