We - IT consultants with a lot of home office/client work - are looking for a new co-/subtenant for our beautiful offices directly at the SBB / above Tchibo & Burger King (you can't smell anything from there). Great view of the Centralbahnplatz and exactly 5 minutes to the train compartment.

We have

• a total of 233m2 with 5 offices with a maximum of 3 workstations
• an open space with 4 workstations
• a very nice meeting room with a view of the Centralbahnplatz for a maximum of 12 people,
• a very large tea kitchen/open space for a lounge area and/or billiard table, etc.
• 2 WCs.

The newer office half is air-conditioned, the older one has sun protection films on the windows.

Layout by arrangement - ideally, our new office colleagues take over

• 10-15 workstations (180m2)
• this can also be divided among 2 co-tenants.

Lista furniture is available but can also be exchanged.

Fiber internet connection possible. Garage spaces can be rented in the building next door for 285.- or you can use the Elisabethen parking like we do.
