Interim Use

We are looking for a tenant for an interim use of the property. The usage period is fixed at 2 years. After this period, a mutual notice period of 6 months is agreed upon.
Conditions for Interim Use

The following points must be observed for interim use.

• all operating costs are borne by the user.
• no additional material may be deposited on the outdoor area.
• the building is habitable and no expenses for the infrastructure will be incurred by the landlord.
• The house is unfurnished. Any furniture brought in must be removed at the end of the contract.
• It is a residential area, so commercial uses with emissions are prohibited.
