Apartment for rent - Wybüelstrasse, 8702 Zollikon

I am renting the empty room in my apartment in Zollikon. The apartment is about 70m2 large and consists of:

- Entrance on the ground floor

- Kitchen, shower, living room, room on the upper floor

Your room is about 12m2 large. Not the biggest but enough for a double bed and wardrobe. However, the room has direct access to the terrace and wonderful lake view!

The living room, terrace, kitchen, washing machine, etc. can of course be shared.

I am looking for a friendly, tidy, and responsible person....
