The nearest public transport stop is within a 5-minute walk, and the ZHAW campus and Wädenswil train station can be reached by post bus in about 15 minutes. Large kitchen, living and dining room, 4 bedrooms (3 x 20m2, 1 x 14m2), shower/WC and bath/WC as well as a large garden seating area. Wi-Fi, electricity, and heating included, washing tower can be shared. We are looking for uncomplicated, environmentally conscious tenants, preferably non-smokers without pets.
