- Small entrance hall with built-in wardrobe.
- Bathroom with bathtub, toilet, and sink.
- Large living room.
- Small covered balcony.
- Large kitchen.
- Closed garage box in a secure parking lot (cameras + patrols)
- Secured cellar.
The building is located on Rue du Fort-Barreau. The apartment overlooks Rue Fendt and Rue du Fort-Barreau.
The rent is broken down as follows:
- Apartment: 1372 CHF
- Charges (heating / hot water): 110 CHF
- Garage box: 260 CHF
- Total: 1742 CHF/month
The lease is for a duration of 5 years, indexed to the ISPC. Early termination with at least one month's notice.
This is an UNFURNISHED lease. By default, I will empty everything, but we can discuss the takeover of some furniture at a low price (notably stove and fridge), if you are interested.
Advantages:
- Price slightly below market.
- Garage in a secure parking lot. Possible to discuss with the management about a sublease if the box is not useful to you. Conversely, also possible to find additional places to rent/sublet in the building.
- Close to all amenities (train station, shopping centers).
- Secure and very clean building (the concierge cleans every day).
- Moser Vernet management, responsive and professional.
Disadvantages:
- Despite double glazing, you can hear some traffic, especially during peak hours.
- No separate bedroom, so you have to put the bed in a corner of the main room.
- "Lively" neighborhood, with Quai9 nearby (hence the slightly lower price than elsewhere).

- Sunday, June 1, between 5 PM and 8 PM, upon my confirmation.
To submit an APPLICATION:
- I must submit to the management, before June 15, the solvable files. You can send me your file, or drop it off during the visit.
The file must include copies of:
- identity documents and/or residence permits
- Extract from the debt collection register
- The registration form from the management (on the Moser Vernet website)
- Last 3 pay slips
- Possibly, a cover letter summarizing your situation in a few lines.
- Note: solvability is defined as a salary of about 3x rent, i.e., a minimum of 5200 CHF/month.
