Temporary housing until March 31, 2027: Attention commuters!

This is a temporary rental agreement until March 31, 2027. Therefore, no renovations will be made, and the apartment is rented as seen.

We are renting out a spacious 2-room apartment (61m2) on the 2nd floor immediately or by arrangement with the following standard:

- Built-in wardrobe in the entrance

- Kitchen with plenty of storage space

- Bright and well-shaped living and bedroom

- Cozy balcony

- Cellar compartment available

- No elevator

If needed, a parking space can be rented for CHF 120/month.
