- Justify a minimum residence duration in Geneva of 4 continuous years during the last 8 years;

- Be of Swiss nationality or hold a C permit or a B permit (only EU);

- Justify their tax liability on income in the canton of Geneva, respectively not benefit from tax exemptions on labor income;
