We are renting out our 5-room penthouse apartment in the heart of Champel with a view of the jet d'eau starting July 1st.
This is an elevation dating from July 2022, we are the first tenants, so the apartment is in excellent condition (the only neighbor on the landing is very nice and discreet).
The apartment is cross-ventilated, with a surface area of 102m2 and consists of the following:
3 bedrooms including a master bedroom all with access to the terrace overlooking the Salève
1 large living room and kitchen area (fully equipped, including fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher) with access to the terrace overlooking the jet d'eau
2 bathrooms (1 shower room and 1 bathroom with bathtub)
1 laundry space
Numerous built-in wardrobes in the entrance and in the corridor leading to the bedrooms.
2 terraces (jet d'eau view and Salève view)
1 medium-sized cellar
(Elevator in the building)
No parking space but many blue spaces available with G sticker. Possibility to rent a space in the parking just opposite (costing between 250.- and 300.-)
Specificity related to the lease:
Our lease was for 6 years starting from 1.07.2022
The monthly rent from 2022 to 2027 (5 years) is CHF 3182.- including charges.
After 15.07.2027, the rent will rise to CHF 6,000.-.
Thus, we are looking for tenants to take over our lease until 2028, the rent for the last year being CHF 6,000.-
However, it is of course possible for you to take it for the remaining 2 years at a "moderate" rent and then find a replacement tenant as soon as the increase occurs.
