- Possibility of having a covered parking space for CHF 140.- extra.
Rent including charges CHF 1626.- (knowing that the apartment is very well insulated, we did not turn on the heating in winter).
Monruz neighborhood, close to the lake, highway entrance, and Denner/pharmacy just next door.
