I wish for a careful tenant. 1 man-high refrigerator with freezer drawers from Siemens and a microwave as well as another storage cabinet including cleaning supplies are available for the tenant's exclusive use. If needed, the room with balcony in the attic area can be rented additionally. Parking rent CHF 50.-- per month. Tenants who would like to participate in gardening work are welcome.
