Temporary living in a 2-room old building apartment

We are renting out a sunny 2-room old building apartment on the ground floor with a garden, available immediately or by arrangement limited until February 28, 2027. The apartment features a large living kitchen, a bathroom with shower, beautiful parquet floors, and built-in wardrobes, a cellar compartment, and shared use of the washing machine. In the small garden, rosemary, sage, wild garlic grow, and there are fruit trees whose fruits are available for general use.

Pets are not allowed.
