At Bahnhofstrasse 8, in Urdorf, we are renting a 4.5-room attic apartment with balcony and elevator in a newly constructed multi-family house starting from August 1, 2024.
The bright attic apartment, oriented to the northwest, is classically divided into a night and day area. The living/dining area with kitchen and storage is set apart from the more intimate area of the units by a three-step level difference. From the entrance, a corridor leads to an anteroom, which connects both the three bedrooms and the two bathrooms.
Additionally, the apartment has its own washing tower. A drying room with Secomat is located in the basement.
Schools, shopping facilities, and various recreational areas are in the immediate vicinity. The Urdorf train station, S5 and S14, is a three-minute walk away.
