The location is ideal all year round: In summer, the lake is only 15 minutes away on foot or 5 minutes by bike, and in winter you have quick access to the Alps.Our home, built in 1892, was beautifully renovated in 2022 before we moved in. We have lovingly maintained the house and appreciate its charm very much. With 2.5 rooms, it is ideal for a single person or a couple. The highlight is the large, quiet balcony, where you can hardly hear any cars and can watch the stars in summer.The house offers plenty of storage space, including two storage rooms in the same building. A large supermarket is only 5 minutes away on foot, and the neighborhood is very friendly.As much as we love our apartment, we are looking for something closer to the city due to a job change.
