(Provider ID: 348259) We would like to exchange our well-maintained 4.5-room ground floor apartment with terrace in Langnau am Albis (rent: 1772 CHF until October, then 1952 CHF) for a smaller apartment with at least 2 rooms - ideally in a nature-friendly location and with pet permission. The apartment is very central (2 min. to Coop, 10 min. to Migros), has underfloor heating, its own washing machine/tumble dryer combo, two bathrooms, plenty of sun until the afternoon, and a pet-friendly setup (cat door, pets allowed). We are not in a hurry, but are looking for something more affordable for us as a couple - preferably in a quiet environment with walking opportunities for dogs and ideally with fiber optic connection. A fair exchange for both sides is the focus.
