I am looking for a subtenant for my charming 3-room apartment in Regensdorf from May 20th/June 1st.

• Size: 60 m² - max. for 1 person
• Rooms: 2 bedrooms, 1 living room
• Kitchen: Separate
• Bathroom: 1 bathroom
• Additional storage space: Attic and cellar
• Laundry facilities: Shared washing machine with drying room (no tumble dryer)
• Heating: Underfloor heating
• Neighborhood: Quiet and friendly
• Pets: Unfortunately no longer allowed.
• Important: Currently no parking space available. Resident parking permit with night parking can be purchased from the municipality. Very well connected to public transport, 2 minutes' walk from the center of Regensdorf (Coop, Migros, doctor, physiotherapist, Müller, restaurants etc.).

Rental conditions:
• Rent: CHF 1'490.– per month
• Deposit: 3 months' rent (CHF 4'470.– no Swisscaution possible)
• Documents required by the administration:

1. Completed tenant self-disclosure form and confirmation of apartment takeover (forms will be sent/given after viewing upon request)
2. Copy of a valid ID (ID or passport, front and back) and residence permit (if applicable)
3. Current debt collection record in paper form from the debt collection office (not older than 3 months)
4. Payslip from the last month
