Art Nouveau apartment for an apartment in another location

We live together in a very nice 4-room apartment in a quiet side street near Berninaplatz. The apartment is equipped with beautiful herringbone parquet and has a balcony. The bathroom and kitchen have been renovated. The apartment exactly meets our ideas of a beautiful apartment. My girlfriend works as a teacher in the neighborhood. The proximity to work also has negative aspects. Therefore, we are looking for a similar apartment in another location.
