Cozy Apartment with Garden

I'm looking for a bigger apartment closer to work, preferably in Wollishofen, Leimbach, Wiedikon, Triemli, or Albisrieden. Ideally a 3-room apartment, but I'd also consider a larger 2-room.

I've lived in my current place for 5 years - it's cozy, has a big garden and great neighbours, quiet and close to amazing views, bus 31 busstop, several grocery shops and a bakery.
