Additional costs are included in the price. Pets are allowed. Moreover, the community is very nice and everyone knows each other. We are expecting a child and would like a bit more space. Therefore, we are looking for a 4.5 room apartment with either a garden seating area or balcony in Zurich and the surrounding area. A small dog (40cm) should be allowed.
