We offer a beautiful 2.5 room apartment with a large 40m2 private terrace (3rd floor) with a high eco standard and additionally a large garden. The apartment is very quiet located in the old village of Oerlikon and surrounded by many trees and greenery. Only a 10-minute walk to the Züriberg forest.

Since we recently had a child, we are looking for a larger apartment in the long term and have to slowly look around with a heavy heart. For us, a new apartment is only an option if it really convinces us, as we feel very comfortable here.


We are looking for at least a 3-room apartment that is quiet and still well connected to Zurich city center. It should have a large balcony, terrace, or garden.
