3.5 room new building in Oerlikon to exchange for a more central location

We currently live in a modern 3.5-room new apartment (95 m²) in Zurich Oerlikon, only about 8 minutes from the train station. The apartment has two bathrooms, a small balcony, its own washing machine and dryer, as well as a very high-quality standard of finish. The rent is CHF 3034.- including utilities (we have also received utility costs back every year so far).
