The apartment is located in a quiet and beautifully green residential area. Shopping facilities (Migros, Coop, Denner...) are reachable in about 500m.

I am looking for a smaller apartment, at least 2 rooms, up to 1600 CHF including additional costs, in a central location. Preferably in Wipkingen or Wiedikon, but feel free to surprise me.
