Family-friendly apartment in Höngg

The apartment is located near the Heizenholz station in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by greenery. With 110 m2, it is quite spacious for a 3.5-room apartment and has a wonderful layout. It is located on the raised ground floor, which has always been very pleasant for us. The common laundry/drying rooms are accessible without a plan and are usually found to be empty. The neighbors are very kind and helpful. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, you will find the Höngg neighborhood courtyard and the Wegmann fruit house, a farm shop where local products can be purchased. The proximity to the forest has always been a special advantage for us, as we enjoy nature and like to go for walks. Many children live in the neighborhood, who often meet to play.

The apartment itself has 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower tray. The kitchen is wonderfully laid out and has left nothing to be desired for me as a hobby cook.

I am looking for:

A more central apartment with at least 2.5 rooms, as I will be working in the city soon and would like to live closer to my workplace as a cyclist.
