I'm looking for a smaller apartment to exchange I currently live in a bright and spacious 90 m² apartment (two bedrooms, a spacious living room, office, and kitchen) in Hönggerberg (District 10), with a fantastic view of Zurich. Since the apartment is too big for me alone, I would like to exchange it for a smaller one, ideally 1-2 rooms, preferably in Wipkingen, Zurich, or a well-connected location.
